09:00 until 17:00 Monday to Thursday.
Normally unavailable on Fridays.
09:00 until 12:00 Saturday.
Please note that there may not always be anyone in the office during these hours if we are attending an auction or antiques fair for example. Outside these hours please feel free to call, if someone is available we will always do our best to help you.

PACKAGING AND DISPATCH

Due to the fragile nature of the ceramics and other items that we sell we always ensure that all items are packed in a manner suitable to ensure that they remain undamaged during transit and will be received by you in exactly the same condition that they left us. I am beginning to think that I must be one of the major purchasers of 'Bubble Wrap' in the UK, I seem to always be buying huge rolls of it! All items are sent by reputable couriers including the Royal Mail Parcels service to ensure that you receive them as soon as possible. The cost of postage and packing shall be additional to the overall selling price.
