GLASS

A highly unusual cut crystal vase in the form of a large Firing Glass. Almost certainly blown in Edinburgh and deeply cut and with fine decoration with a delicate thistle pattern within the panels. This is an exceptionally well made and heavy item 5" (130mm) high, expertly cut and with a real sparkle that very adequately demonstrates the sheer quality of this article and the skill of the glass cutter. This is certainly a very fine addition to any collection.

Very tall conical coloured glass vase very much in an Art Nouveau style. Certainly a very striking item blown from clear glass with white and blue glass added and twisted in as decoration. This is vase is probably made in France and stands 18" (450mm) high. There are no chips or other damage and looks very spectacular on a window sill where it can catch the light. Also it is ideal for a flower arranger as it will compliment any floral presentation.

Totally free from marks, chips or other damage. This is definitely a most interesting piece and will look very attractive in a display cabinet. Diameter 3" (75mm).
